How long does international shipping take?
For orders outside of Ireland, standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your items sooner.
What is your return policy for clothing?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and certain intimate apparel cannot be returned.
How should I care for my Merino wool sweater?
To preserve the quality of your Irish wool, we recommend hand washing in cool water with a mild wool detergent and laying it flat to dry. Never tumble dry your knitwear.
